Dino-RAWR Hat is an adorable dinosaur-filled beanie that is written to fit newborn through large adult. Mix and match colors to create a fun hat stash for the whole family. This hat is knit in fingering weight, bottom-up, in the round, with no seaming. Dinosaurs are worked in stranded colorwork (Fair Isle) in two colors, and the crown is worked in a series of decreases.
It is a perfect complement to the Dino-RAWR pullover for babies and kids!

To fit (approx.): baby (toddler, child, teen) [adult small, adult medium, adult large] with 0 - 2”/ 0 - 5cm of negative ease.
Finished circumference: 12 (14, 16, 18) [20, 22, 24]”/ 30 (35, 40, 45) [50, 55, 60]cm.
Finished height: 6.5 (6.5, 7, 7.5) [8, 8.5, 9]”/ 16.5 (16.5, 18, 19) [20.5, 21.5, 23]cm.
Needles: US 3/ 3.25mm, or size to obtain gauge in Stockinette stitch and Dino-RAWR pattern (you may need a larger needle for Fair Isle if you tend to knit tightly), in 16”/ 40cm - 22”/ 55cm (depending on hat size) circular and in DPNs; and US 1.5/ 2.5mm, or 2 - 3 US sizes / 0.75mm smaller than gauge needle, in 16”/ 40cm - 22”/ 55cm (depending on hat size) circular.
